Return and exchange policy

 

 We are always happy to serve you, and we thank you for choosing Halima Sultan's products.

 

1- Products with any defect:

In the event that the product you received has any defect, damage, or deficiency, you are entitled to a full refund. However, you must do this within a period not exceeding 3 days from the date of receipt. At that time, if you have paid for it either in cash or through any other payment method you will be entitled to a full refund after the product arrives at us, but if you paid for the product by credit card, you will get the value of the product that you paid on the same credit card. You can also exchange the item instead of getting its price back. In all cases, you must inform us immediately via e-mail or phone and indicate the reason for the return or exchange.

 

2- Products that do not have any defects:

In the event that you discover that the color and size are not suitable for you and decide to exchange or return the product, you have the right to do so, but you must do so within 3 days from the date of receipt. In the event of a refund, the full value of the product will be refunded minus the freight charge according to the shipping method that was chosen by you, and in the case of replacement, the price difference between the first and second the product would be paid. It should be noted that Halima Sultan is not obligated to bear the shipping fees in either case.

 

3- Cancellation of the order:

If you decide to cancel the order, you have the right to do so, subject to the laws of return and exchange in the Turkish Republic. However, if the order is canceled after we ship the product, you must return the product within 3 days from the date of receipt. In case that the products do not have a defect are returned, the full value of the product that was paid will be refunded minus the product shipping charges, according to what was mentioned in the previous clause (products with no defect). However, if you cancel the purchase before we ship the process, the full value of the product that was paid will be refunded.

 

We at Halima Sultan are doing everything possible to make the return or exchange process as smooth and simple as possible.

Through the following procedures:

 

The period for exchange or return.

We have any exchange or return for any item within 3 days from the date of purchase.

 

Product return and exchange policy

- The product must be in its wrapped package and in the same original condition at the time of purchase.

- All accessories included with the product and belonging to it must be returned at the time of purchase.

- The piece should never be used or washed before return.

-The item must be photographed upon receipt and upon return.

 

 

Procedures and location of return and exchange:

- The customer can return or replace purchases to our main office in Istanbul or the branch in Amman if the conditions mentioned in the above article are met. (Product return and exchange policy).

- The original purchase invoice must be attached when starting the procedures for exchanging or returning products.

 

 Retrieval methods:

 - The customer has the option to retrieve the value of his purchases or replace it with another the product that he chooses according to what he wants if he pays the price the difference, if any, between the replaced part and the new chosen one.

 - To retrieve the value of purchases made by credit cards or bank checks, the amount will be retrieved through the customer's bank account within fourteen (14) business days, and the customer must follow the payment procedures through the bank branch he deals with.

 

Exclusions not covered by the return and exchange policy:

The product that has been used or washed.

Non-conformity of the product, the original carton, colors or any other appearance compared to the product when it was received during the purchase process and as stated in the purchase invoice.

 

How can you return the product?

Halima Sultan is always keen to ensure that the product is in the best condition and completely matches what was requested. In the event that the product that was arrived has any defect or deficiency. We invite you to contact us immediately through e-mail and communicate with our customer service team. We will examine the request, do the necessary, if any, within our return, and exchange policy.

Second: Make sure that you return the product in the same way it was received, and you must write all the return details, your e-mail, and your address. Where it should be noted, as was noted in the other terms and conditions clause, Halima Sultan is not responsible for any wrong data provided by the customer during the replacement and retrieval process, such as address and phone number.

 

 

Does Halime Sultan cover shipping and delivery expenses?

As mentioned previously, Halima Sultan is not responsible for covering shipping and delivery expenses in the event of retrieving and replacing undamaged products, but in the case of products in which there is any defect, Halima Sultan bears the shipping and delivery costs provided that the return or replacement process takes place within 3 days and according to what is mentioned in the items the first and second precedents of this policy

 

Other terms and conditions:

Halima Sultan is not responsible for any wrong data provided to us by the customer during the exchange or return process, such as address and phone number.

The customer has the right to receive the products he has purchased within a maximum period of 2 weeks from the date of purchase.

- In the event that the customer delays receiving the product, the customer has the right to request the service of storing the products he purchased with Halima Sultan for a fee of --- of the total value of the stored products for each month that is stored.
